🚨 Order Changes, Cancellations & Sizing 🚨
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
We provide a strict 24-hour grace period from the exact time of purchase to request any changes to your order (including sizing, color, style, or shipping address) or to request a cancellation.
After 24 hours: Your order is automatically locked and pushed to the production floor. Because our products are custom-made to order, no changes, swaps, or cancellations can be made under any circumstances after this 24-hour window has closed. Please double-check your sizing charts, quantities, and shipping details before finalizing checkout. If a mistake is discovered after 24 hours, you will be responsible for placing a new order at your own expense.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Because all items are custom manufactured specifically for you when you order, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect size selection. Please utilize our sizing charts before purchasing. If your 24-hour order window has already passed, a new order will need to be placed for a different size.

Double R Western™ is your destination for high-quality western wear, accessories, and gifts deeply rooted in authentic cowboy heritage. Through our Renew & Restore initiative, we proudly dedicate a portion of our proceeds to help restore bison herds and directly support Native American communities.
What products do you offer?
We offer a curated variety of western clothing—including graphic tees, long-sleeve shirts, sweatshirts, hats, and outerwear—as well as cowboy gifts, mugs, camp cups, BBQ aprons, doormats, and fine art prints. Many of our items are created in direct collaboration with Native American artisans to support cultural preservation and community empowerment.
Why do the images in the Lassoed Landscape gallery look slightly fuzzy on my screen?
To keep our website running fast and smooth, online gallery images are downsized for web performance. Rest assured, the original images are high-resolution, captured with professional photography gear (Canon 5D Mark IV, 24–70mm f/2.8 L lens). Your final prints and art products will be produced with exceptional, professional-grade clarity and detail.

How do I place an order?
Browse our website, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the secure on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other secure digital payment gateways. Your checkout information is always processed securely.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Digital gift cards can be purchased and redeemed directly on our website. They make the perfect gift for any western wear enthusiast.
Can I use more than one promo code or discount per order?
No. Only one promotion or discount code can be applied per order. Discounts, welcome codes, and automatic offers (such as "Buy Two, Get One Free") cannot be combined.
How do the welcome (10% or 15% off) discount codes work?

📦 Shipping, Delivery & Missing Packages
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We hope to expand to international trails in the future.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been printed and packaged, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on our "Track Your Order" page to follow your shipment.
What if my package is lost in transit?
If your tracking status shows delivered but you cannot find your package, please check unusual delivery locations or contact the carrier directly. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Any replacement costs incurred outside of verified carrier faults are at the buyer's expense.
🛠️ Returns, Defects & Print Tolerances
What is your return policy?
Because our products are print-on-demand and custom-manufactured specifically for you, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are exclusively accepted if the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you experience an issue, you must contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear description of the problem.
Is there a print placement tolerance?
Yes. For Direct-to-Garment (DTG), Direct-to-Film (DTF), Embroidery (EMB), and All-Over-Print (AOP) products, there is an industry-standard 0.5-inch (0.5") tolerance for graphic placement. Minor variations within this half-inch window are normal and not considered manufacturing defects.
What photos do I need to send if there is a genuine print defect or damage?
To help us quickly resolve issues with our production partners, your email must include clear photos of:

The full product laid flat on a level surface (showing the entire front and/or back).

A sharp close-up of the specific issue (e.g., severe print blur, ink marks, peeling, or incorrect coloration).

The product tag/label clearly showing the size and branding.
Note: If the issue is print placement (you believe the design is significantly off-center or shifted beyond the 0.5" tolerance), please include a photo of the product laid flat with a standard ruler or measuring tape clearly showing the measurement error.

Eligibility
This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are aged 18 and older at the time of entry. Employees of Double R Western™, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Agreement to Rules
By participating, the entrant (“You”) agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Double R Western™ as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign.
Giveaway Period
Entries will be accepted online starting on November 7, 2025, and ending December 11, 2025, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. All online entries must be received by the specified end date and time to be considered.
How to Enter
The giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at www.doublerwestern.com/giveaway. The entry must fulfill all giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Double R Western™.
Prizes
The Winner(s) of the giveaway will receive one (1) Lady Liberty Limited Edition Gallery Art Wrap. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Double R Western™. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable.
Winner Selection and Notification
The Winner(s) will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Double R Western™. Winner(s) will be notified via the email address or phone number provided during entry within five (5) days following selection. Double R Western™ shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
Rights Granted by You
By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that Double R Western™, anyone acting on behalf of Double R Western™, and Double R Western’s™ licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

Double R Western™ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Double R Western’s™ control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the campaign. In such case, Double R Western™ may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after the action taken by Double R Western™.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
