Shipping policy

- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once submitted due to our fast fulfillment process.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.
- We prioritize using American suppliers for our products whenever possible.
- Delivery times for domestic orders typically range from 3–10 business days after your order is processed.
- Some items may be fulfilled outside of the USA, but all orders must ship to a U.S. address.

- Double R Western™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers are typically active within 24 hours.
- Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or supply chain disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
- Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. Double R Western™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Please double-check your order details, including size, color, and personalization options, before completing your purchase. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after submission. Double R Western™ cannot accept responsibility for incorrect orders placed by the customer.
- If you request an address change after your order is placed, a $25 carrier fee and $10 administration fee will apply, payable before any action is taken.
- There is no guarantee the address change will be successful, and all fees are non-refundable.
- No address changes or reroutes will be processed until payment is received in full.
- If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at [email protected] within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
- If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, or building management. Double R Western™ is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
- Double R Western™ reserves the right to cancel or adjust any order where promotions, discounts, or policies are abused or misapplied. Claims for lost, damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be subject to additional review. Fraudulent chargebacks, returns, or claims will result in denial of service and potential legal action.
