Thank you for shopping with Double R Western™. We stand behind our products and strive to provide a transparent and fair experience for every customer. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Return window: 5 days Return cost: Customer pays (25% restocking + original shipping) Eligible items: Only defects / errors-contact support for case-by-case


All Sales Are Final:
Due to the nature of our products (print-on-demand and custom-made), all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is submitted. Please double-check your order details, including size, color, and personalization options, before completing your purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:
  • All print-on-demand products
  • One-off custom-made items
    These items are produced specifically for each order and are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturer defects or errors.

Design Variations:
Please note that due to differences in screens, inks, and materials, actual product colors may differ slightly from what is displayed in the listings.

Order Issues & Exceptions:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us at [email protected] within 5 days of delivery with the following:
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect
We will review your claim and, if approved, will coordinate with the supplier for a replacement or a refund. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from any approved refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. No other returns, exchanges, or exceptions will be made.

Order Issues / Incorrect Orders:
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after submission. Double R Western™ cannot accept responsibility for incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Fraud, Abuse, and Promotional Offers:
Double R Western™ reserves the right to cancel or adjust any order where promotions, discounts, or policies are abused or misapplied. Claims for defective, incorrect, or damaged items may be subject to additional review. Fraudulent chargebacks, returns, or claims will result in denial of service and potential legal action.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at [email protected] within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, or building management. Double R Western™ is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
